On Sunday night, fans can tune into ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” to watch the singer help build a home for Clara Ward. Ward is confined to a wheelchair, but has ignored her physical limitations to run a nonprofit youth development and family center out of her home. Unfortunately, Ward’s home is suffering from serious structural issues and isn’t wheelchair accessible. As a result, she is forced to live with her daughter and commute to her home everyday.
Joined by “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” host Ty Pennington and designers Paul DiMeo and Paige Hemmis, Mary J. Blige will make sure that Clara Ward and the families in her neighborhood have a proper place to call home.
